Blean Angling Teams of Four
Round 4, Hartleylands, 11th March
A fine spring morning greeted us at this pleasant venue but that was about all that did, horror of horrors the chuck wagon was shut, ‘what no breakfast!’ was the groan constantly heard as each person arrived.
The formalities were soon sorted, the serious stuff of actually fishing began. Whilst there were a few good weights on Nick’s ,Bramley provided the best weight overall.
With both Matrix and Danny’s Boys picking up two section wins each things are looking very tight at the top with only 9 points covering the top four. The final leg at Chilham has all the makings of a good match.
Following the misunderstanding after the match I am sure we will all be ready to fish alongside each other with no ill feeling.
I must just mention the one man crusade to keep Blean Angling in profit ,
Rab managed to break yet another pole section , having witnessed the damage and the comical dance that followed I cant wait for the next time it happens.
